My Available Services

Below, you will find an overview of the services I offer to enhance your podcasting experience. This page is designed to help you understand what I can provide. When we start working together, we’ll discuss which of these you would like me to include in a quote. Every podcaster is different, and yes, these services are flexible. But this is an overview of what you can expect when working with me.

Audio Editing

When I start editing your audio episodes, I will create a unique intro and outro custom to your brand identity with your guidance. Most of the time, this will include music, an intro and outro recorded by yourself or a voice actor.

With audio editing, I listen to every second of the episode and edit to your custom preferences and the list of specifications listed below.

  • Cleaning audio from filler words
  • Removing all interruptions, restarts, and glitches
  • Mixing together your intro, outro, and sponsored message
  • Audio level standardisation to the industry standard
  • Noise reduction and reducing reverberation
  • Mastering your audio
  • Adding ID3 tags to the episode file

Once an episode is edited, I will upload it to a Google Drive folder for you to review and Captivate as a draft or scheduled for publishing if that service has been requested.

Video Editing

When we start working on video podcast episodes, we’ll discuss what you want them to look like. I’ll then use this information to create a video frame and simple intro and outro sequences. The frame is essential for most podcast interviews; it’s a static graphic that’s placed on top of the interview because it allows the separate video channels to be resized and for your branding to take centre stage.

Video podcasts are edited differently than audio-only shows. Only major mistakes or interruptions noted during the audio edit are cut. Most audio episodes have an edit every other second; this would be too distracting for a video episode. Captions are optional, but they are automatically generated and may contain small mistakes; a white glove service is available if guaranteed accuracy is essential. Below is a list of steps taken for all video episodes.

  • Mastering your audio
  • Trimming the beginning and end
  • Burning in branded captions to the video
  • Adding a branded graphic frame to the video (side by side or speaker)
  • Adding an intro and outro with an end card for suggested videos and subscription
  • Editing out any major mistakes, interruptions, glitches, and restarts noted during the audio edit

Once an episode is edited, I will upload it to a Google Drive folder for you to review and YouTube as a draft or scheduled for publishing if that service has been requested.

Social Media Audiogram/Videogram

Audiograms and Videograms are what I call social media clips. Audiograms only use the audio, and Videograms include video in the social media clips. When we start to include them, we’ll discuss what you want them to look like. We’ll create them in collaboration, making sure that each graphic matches your personal brand.

For each episode, I can create up to five eye-catching audiograms and videograms that showcase your episode's moment of greatest value, enticing your audience to tune in and share with their networks. While listening to the episode, I place markers at these moments of value. After the main editing is complete, I review these markers and only choose the best to be edited further. I can emulate any design you see online or create any design with your guidance.

Once an episode is edited, I will upload it to a Google Drive folder for you to review.

Episode Show Notes

Leave a lasting impression with personalised show notes. I can include honey pots, highlight key discussion points, guest bios, and links to the guest in each episode, providing valuable context and encouraging your listeners to delve deeper into your content. All of the sections can be customised to match your tone of voice.

For each episode, I will create a Google Docs file where I place all of this copywriting for you to review.

Episode Titles

We will craft attention-grabbing episode titles that intrigue your audience and make them eager to hit that play button. We know how to create titles that captivate and entice listeners, increasing the chances of your episodes being discovered by algorithms and shared in communities.

For each episode, I will create a Google Docs file where I place all of this copywriting for you to review. I always highlight my suggestion, but I provide a minimum of three varieties for you to choose from.

YouTube Description

Optimise your video episode with compelling YouTube descriptions. We craft keyword-rich, concise descriptions that entice viewers to click and watch your episodes, maximising your visibility and growing your subscriber base.

The deliverables are very similar to the show notes but with one key difference, time-stamped chapters are included. This is very important for YouTube interviews; including them in the description allows YouTube to apply chapters to the video and enables people to easily click between them.

Transcript

For every episode, I will provide a Google Docs file with the episode transcript. Depending on your preference, it can include the timestamps and speaker names.

You can embed this in your website’s podcast page to take advantage of the SEO possibilities of such a valuable digital asset.

SEO Title & Description

Some podcast players allow you to upload a secondary title and description for SEO purposes. I will use your preferred keywords and target audience to generate a custom SEO title and description for every episode. This will allow each episode to more efficiently reach its target audience.

For each episode, I will create a Google Docs file where I place all of this copywriting for you to review.

Audio Episode Scheduling

Streamline your podcast production process with our reliable audio episode scheduling service. We handle the logistics of publishing your episodes on various platforms, ensuring a smooth and timely release for your audience. For audio scheduling, I only work with Captivate; they have fantastic team management capabilities. In my opinion, they are the best option for podcast distribution.

For each episode, I will schedule it using a release schedule we share. If I don’t create the titles and show notes, I can use your own. I will often schedule the episode before you provide the green light; this is because I normally don’t receive any revisions, and we always have time to make adjustments. Episodes can be edited before and after they’re published.

YouTube Scheduling

Take the stress out of managing your YouTube channel with our efficient scheduling service. We upload and schedule your videos, ensuring they go live at the optimal times to maximise viewership and engagement. To provide me with channel management access follow these instructions.
